Changes and Returns
In case you notice any error, missing item from your order, or if any product is defective or faulty, please contact us at info@elivanhealth.com and provide your receipt number so we can resolve the issue.
In addition to your full name, you must also provide the order number and the product code of the item you wish to return.
You also have the right to return the products from your order (partially or in full) within 14 days from the shipment date, without providing a reason, provided that the products are in their original condition, with complete and intact packaging, and include all accessories.
If you choose to withdraw from the contract in this way, you must send the products back to us, accompanied by the retail receipt, within 14 days from their delivery.
Once we receive the returned products and verify that they are in their original condition, with intact packaging and accessories, and that they have not been used, we will refund your money using the same payment method used for your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products that are NOT eligible for return include:

Products with opened packaging

Products where the safety seal has been removed, cut, or altered, or where there is evidence of tampering with the packaging, contents, or security seal

Products not returned in their original packaging

Products not accompanied by the purchase receipt
