Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment is made upon delivery of the order at your location. The buyer pays the exact amount in cash to the courier employee at the time of delivery.

IMPORTANT:
If the total order amount exceeds €500, payment by cash on delivery is not available. In this case, the customer must proceed with a bank transfer to our account, following prior arrangement.

Credit / Debit Card Payment

You may pay using your credit or debit card through the secure banking system of the National Bank of Greece. Payment is processed immediately, and your order is placed into processing status by elivanhealth.com.

For card payments, the National Bank of Greece redirects you to its secure payment environment, ensuring 100% transaction security.

Please prepay your order by transferring the amount to one of the following bank accounts:

Please deposit the total order amount within 1 business day to one of the above bank accounts and email the transaction receipt to info@elivanhealth.com so that your order can be processed as soon as possible.

Your order will be shipped once the payment is confirmed and appears in our bank account.

If payment is not completed within the above-mentioned timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled.
