Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Orders that are in stock are shipped via ACS Courier on the next business day or, when possible, on the same day. For products that are not in stock, you will be contacted by phone regarding the estimated delivery time, and the order will proceed only after your approval.

You will receive continuous updates regarding the progress of your order, both during preparation and delivery, in cooperation with the courier company.

Once your order has been dispatched from our store, you will be notified via email and SMS with the shipment tracking number and a corresponding link, allowing you to track your delivery in real time.

All orders placed through our online store are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and national or local holidays. In case of any delay for any reason, the company is obliged to inform the customer using the contact details provided. The company bears no responsibility for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

All parcels are shipped within Greece only in cooperation with ACS Courier. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status through the relevant tracking link. Additionally, the courier company will inform you of each stage of the shipment via SMS.

The average delivery time within mainland Greece and the islands is 2 business days, except for remote areas, where delivery may take up to 4 business days after dispatch.
